Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to operate bagging and baler machinery on a rotating schedule. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 7 hours daily, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift and production line experience, and the ability to read scales and perform basic math. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Must pass company forklift training.
• Must be able to read and interpret scales.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and troubleshoot baler and simple maintenance problems.
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate both bagging and baler machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Move, wrap, and palletize finished products; maintain clean workstation.
• Support other production areas as needed and communicate issues to Shift Lead.
