Lignetics, INC. in Kentucky is seeking a Packaging Operator to run bagging and baler operations on the night shift, 10pm to 6am, with initial training on the day shift.

You will follow safety guidelines, assist other production areas, move and wrap finished goods, and complete production reports. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift/production experience, ability to read scales, and mechanical aptitude for maintenance of baler and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for baler and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery with safety as a priority.
• Operate machinery and assist other production areas.
• Move and wrap completed products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 7 hours daily.
• Notify Shift Lead of moisture or material problems.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
