Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to support packaging and bale operations in a fast-paced facility in the United States. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Training and background checks are required. The position offers full-time hours with a $20/hour base pay plus shift differential. Benefits are provided per company policy and eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move and wrap finished products and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Support Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills and communicating issues.
• Maintain a clean workstation and accurate production reports.
