Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in Kentucky to run bagging and baler equipment, wrap finished products, and support multiple production areas. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long shifts.

The position offers full-time hours, a 6p–6:30a rotating shift, and a background screen before employment. Prior forklift and production line experience are preferred, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales; perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery safely and productively.
• Move and wrap completed products; assist other production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Support shift leads in starting/stopping pellet mills.
• Communicate moisture or material problems to Shift Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
