Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a dedicated Production Worker / Packaging Operator for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). Compensation is $17-$18/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with pre-employment background checks and a drug screen required.

Responsibilities include operating bagging and baler machinery, moving and wrapping products, and ensuring accurate reports. The role demands lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 7 hours, and supporting other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret scales and perform basic math.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery following safety guidelines.
• Move, wrap, and palletize completed products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 7 hours daily.
• Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean workstation and communicate moisture or material issues.
