Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to join our Arkansas facility. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, staging finished goods, and assisting in other production areas as needed.

A rotating schedule may apply, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. The position requires physical endurance, the ability to read scales, and prior forklift or production line experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Must pass company forklift training.
• Able to read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust weight and timing of baler and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and related equipment safely and productively.
• Move, wrap, and stage finished products for warehouse storage.
• Assist other production areas as needed and follow Shift Leads' directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and report any moisture or material issues.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Support start/stop of pellet mills as directed by Shift Leads.
• Complete production reports and ensure accurate tagging and quality control records.
