Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is hiring a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in a full-time role. The position offers both day and night openings with hourly pay in the $18.00–$19.00 range, plus a $2 shift differential for night shifts.

Typical day shift runs 9 am–5 pm; night shift runs 5 pm–1 am. Responsibilities include operating bagging and baler machinery, stacking and wrapping pallets, and ensuring accurate production reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Will require good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Will need to pass the company forklift training.
• Required to read and interpret scales.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust the weight and timing of baler and various other simple maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machines and related equipment.
• Stack bags on pallets and prepare pallets for warehouse storage.
• Move and wrap completed products and lift up to 50 lbs; stand for 7+ hours.
• Assist Shift Leads to start/stop pellet mills and communicate moisture issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by production leads.
