The Keystone Distinction Group in Lakewood, NJ seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fully staffed maintenance team on the packaging lines. You will coach, mentor, and spend significant time on the manufacturing floor to foster a team-oriented environment.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and drive safety, preventive maintenance, and Lean initiatives to improve uptime and productivity in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments

Responsabilités

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
• Coach and mentor mechanics; manage performance issues.
• Promote safety culture and enforce policies.
• Coordinate maintenance resources for lines; manage work packages.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
