Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fully staffed maintenance team in a fast-paced packaging operation. You will coach mechanics, enforce safety standards, and manage planning and execution of maintenance work on the lines.

The role requires FDA manufacturing experience, a strong root-cause mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across maintenance KPIs. This is a day shift role with potential for variability to cover operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Preventive maintenance programs and ticketing systems experience.
• Strong continuous improvement background focused on uptime and efficiencies.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for building a high-performing 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and enforces plant safety policies.
• Coordinates, schedules, and assigns maintenance resources for packaging lines.
• Owns and maintains safety and productivity KPIs related to maintenance.
• Maintains flexibility to work any shift and weekends to support operations.
