MDS Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a growing manufacturing site in Lakewood, NJ. You will lead a fully staffed maintenance team on packaging lines, coaching mechanics, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving reliability and continuous improvement on the plant floor.

The role requires an Associate degree (Bachelor preferred), 5+ years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing, experience in FDA-regulated environments, and familiarity with PLC, RCA, CMMS, ERP; strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• At least five years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Pharmaceutical/consumer products/food/beverage manufacturing background.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems experience.
• Strong continuous improvement background with uptime focus.
• MS Office (Word & Excel) skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct a 24/7 maintenance team in packaging.
• Promote safety culture and enforce plant safety policies.
• Coordinate maintenance resources for packaging lines and urgent issues.
• Manage daily work progress and verify work packages before signoff.
• Own safety and productivity KPIs; lead continuous improvement activities.
• Flexibly work shifts and weekends to support operations.
