The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and strong program management across packaging lines in a FDA-regulated setting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree is required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• At least five years of similar maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in FDA regulated manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems experience.
• Strong continuous improvement background, focused on increasing uptime and efficiencies.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
• Coach and mentor mechanics; report to the Maintenance Manager.
• Ensure safety policies; conduct field audits and manage safety expectations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and assign maintenance resources for packaging lines.
• Verify scheduled work can proceed, test equipment before operations, and sign off on work.
• Direct and review the work status of external service providers.
• Own safety and productivity KPIs; support Lean principles and root-cause investigations.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift and weekends.
