Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 24/7 maintenance team in packaging. You will coach mechanics, drive safety and reliability, and partner with the Maintenance Manager to ensure uptime.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance work, overseeing contractors, and advancing Lean initiatives such as 5S and continuous improvement. FDA-regulated environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least five years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food or beverage background.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a 24/7 maintenance team in packaging, coaching mechanics and reporting performance.
• Promote safety culture, conduct field checks, and manage contractors and vendors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance work, ensuring equipment readiness and signoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, tracking safety and productivity KPIs.
• Coordinate with shift leads to ensure smooth operation and on-time work completion.
