Job summary

Management Performance Associates is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing site in Lakewood, NJ. You will lead a fully staffed maintenance team on a 24/7 basis, coaching mechanics and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, maintenance planning, and driving continuous improvement through KPIs and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree highly preferred.
At least five years of similar maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or beverage manufacturing experience.
Experience working in FDA regulated manufacturing environments.
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Preventative maintenance programs and ticketing systems experience.
Strong continuous improvement background focused on increasing uptime and efficiencies.
Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a 24/7 maintenance team in the packaging department.
Promote a strong safety culture; enforce plant safety policies.
Coordinate resources for packaging lines; manage urgent mechanical/electrical issues.
Own safety and productivity KPIs; support Lean and 5S initiatives.
Maintain flexibility to work any shift and weekends to support operations.
