ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fully staffed maintenance team in a fast-paced consumer products manufacturing environment. You will coach and mentor staff and spend substantial time on the plant floor to drive reliability and uptime.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in supervision, FDA-regulated experience, PLC troubleshooting, and a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree is required; bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• At least five years of similar maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environments; pharmaceutical/consumer products a plus.
• Experience with root cause analysis and preventive maintenance programs.

• Directly responsible for building a high-performing 24/7 maintenance team.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and enforces plant safety policies.
• Coordinates schedules and assigns maintenance resources for packaging lines.
