Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Equivalent field service experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on IPG/Better Packages equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and minor automation issues using testing tools and documentation.
• Provide on-the-job training to customer maintenance teams as needed.
• Establish and execute Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure uptime.
• Document service actions, issue RMA requests, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform software upgrades on IPG WAT units and other equipment when required.
• Support Senior Technicians during complex field service jobs and installations.
• Carry out additional field-related service duties as assigned.
