Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, repairs, PMs, field testing, and documenting service actions. Travel up to 30% and lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Equivalent field service experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations.
• Install, repair, and PMs; diagnose faults using testing tools and docs.
• Provide on-the-job training to customer maintenance teams as needed.
• Schedule and execute Preventive Maintenance programs for accounts.
