Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical field with at least 3 years troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine issues.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• High school diploma or GED; technical schooling or related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnose and repair packaging machines, focus on multi-head weighers, on-site and remote support.
• Installation: install a range of packaging equipment including tray formers, sealers, fillers, dosers, and form/fill/seal machines.
• Customer Support: deliver exceptional support with proactive issue resolution and technical phone assistance.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with technicians, engineers, and service managers to improve service delivery.
• Training & Documentation: participate in training and document service calls and solutions clearly.
