Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical field with at least 3 years of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine issues.
• Prior experience with multi-head weighers is essential.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• High school diploma or GED; technical schooling and/or work experience in electricity, electronics, or equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 70-85% of the time; valid driver's license and passport for travel.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Windows; experience with service databases/CRMs (Filemaker).
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Use mechanical and electrical expertise to troubleshoot and repair packaging machines, with on-site and remote support.
• Installation: Install packaging equipment including tray formers, tray sealers, fillers, dosers, and form/fill/seal machines.
• Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by identifying solutions and providing technical phone support.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other technicians, engineers and service managers to improve service delivery.
• Training & Documentation: Participate in training and document service calls and solutions in detail using reporting tools.
