Education: High school diploma or GED; technical schooling/experience in electricity, electronics, or equipment maintenance.
Travel: 70-85% with valid driver’s license and passport ability.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Repair: on-site and remote support for packaging machines, focusing on multi-head weighers.
Installation: install various packaging equipment including tray formers, tray sealers, fillers, dosers, form/fill/seal machines.
Customer Support: deliver excellent service, follow up on inquiries, provide technical phone support.
Team Collaboration: work with other technicians, engineers and service managers to improve service delivery.
Training & Documentation: participate in training and document service calls and solutions; use software tools for reporting.
