• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging/industrial/freight.
• 5+ years of people and territory management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and coach teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives for peak performance.
• Drive growth by expanding customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Forecast and plan annual sales targets, adjusting to market conditions.
• Contribute to divisional sales and profit goals.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports and metrics.
• Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and presentations for key opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies and tactics from customer feedback and trends.
• Collaborate with operations (purchasing/logistics) to meet quality, price, and delivery commitments.
• Assist in preparing the annual company budget.
• Oversee divisional activities and analyze performance variances.
• Ride with reps to coach and mentor on packaging solutions.
