Electrical Automation Services seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to provide on-site automation support at its Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage filling and packaging lines, serving as the on-shift expert and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
This full-time, direct-hire position offers a base salary range of $100,000–$130,000 with a 20% target annual bonus and relocation assistance for qualified
Qualifications
- 4+ years in industrial automation on high-speed production lines.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley controls and related software.
Responsabilités
- Serve as the primary on-shift controls and automation expert.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated processing and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues and restore production safely.
- Identify recurring problems and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
- Support commissioning, upgrades, and system integration projects.
