Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to work on high-speed beverage lines at the Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on running production equipment, serving as the on-shift controls expert and collaborating with operations, maintenance and quality teams.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI/VFD skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming; modify ladder logic in Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000.
• 4+ years in industrial automation on high-speed lines.
• Strong PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and industrial network troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert for packaging lines.
• Provide Tier 1–2 troubleshooting for PLC, HMI, VFD, and network issues.
• Develop controls projects to improve safety, quality, throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
• Maintain documentation and backups.
