Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced PLC Controls Engineer to work on high-speed beverage production lines in the Glendale/ Phoenix area. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on live equipment and lead automation projects on the plant floor.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation, hands-on ladder logic, and strong knowledge of HMI/VC networks. Relocation assistance is provided. This is a full-time on-site position with a 12-hour day shift.

Formación

• 4+ years of industrial automation or controls experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on PLC programming, not just troubleshooting; write/modify ladder logic.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on-shift controls and automation expert across plant equipment.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated processing, filling, packaging equipment.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions in PLC/HMI projects.
• Develop and execute controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators on controls practices.
