Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is hiring a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in Kentucky to operate bagging and baler machinery, assist with pellet mill start/stop, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long shifts, and following safety guidelines.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for full-time employment. Ideal candidates will have high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and ability to read scales with basic math

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training and read/interprete scales.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machines; support shrink wrap, forklift, pallet jack, and bag sealer.
• Move, wrap, and palletize finished products in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation following procedures.
• Assist Shift Leads with pellet mills start/stop and production reports.
• Identify moisture or material issues and communicate to Shift Lead.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for about 7 hours per day; perform other duties as assigned.
