Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in the United States for a 3/4-4/3 schedule, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with Saturdays and rotating weekends. This role operates bagging and baler machinery, maintains safety/quality standards, and supports other production areas as needed.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, stand for ~7 hours, and complete production reports. Forklift training is required; pre-employment background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and baler machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Move and wrap finished products and assist other production areas as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for about 7 hours per day.
• Complete production reports (bagger and baler) with accuracy.
• Assist Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills and reporting moisture/material issues.
