Lignetics is hiring a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in Wisconsin. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, stabilizing product flow, and maintaining safe, efficient production lines on a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shift.

The job requires reading scales, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. Forklift training is required, with benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass company forklift training.
• Ability to read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and maintain safety guidelines.
• Move and wrap completed products and keep workstation clean.
• Assist other production areas as needed and support Shift Leads.
• Read and fill production reports and ensure quality control tagging.
• Communicate moisture/material problems to Shift Lead.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 7 hours daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
