Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to run bagging and baler equipment, maintain clean workstations, and follow safety guidelines. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long shifts, and collaborating with Shift Leads.

Shifts are 5a-5p and 5p-5a with overtime; full-time position with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting for baler and other tasks.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and related equipment.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Move and wrap completed products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Support Shift Leads in start/stop of pellet mills.
• Report moisture or material problems to Shift Lead.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Other duties as assigned.
