Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to support the bagging and baler lines on a 6pm-6:30am rotating shift. This full-time role requires operating equipment safely and assisting other areas as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, forklift and production line experience, good eye-hand coordination, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Ability to read scales and perform basic math.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent teamwork and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Move, wrap, and palletize finished products.
• Support other production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Record accurate production data and quality checks.
• Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills.
• Communicate moisture or material issues to Shift Lead.
