OnTrac in Logan Township, NJ is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate for a Friday-Sunday shift, 4:00am–12:30pm or End of Sort. You will unload, sort, move, and load packages up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures. The season runs 11/13/2026 through 12/31/2026 with a $1,000 End of Season Bonus and weekly pay.

Eligible for overtime, paid time off per policy, and additional seasonal perks. No warehouse experience is required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Available for weekends or holidays as needed
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements including background check
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks during shift

Pay: $21.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Friday-Sunday, 04:00am-12:30pm or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026

Seasonal Bonus: $1,000 End of Season Bonus

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
