Job summary

OnTrac is hiring for a seasonal position at our Logan Township location. You will unload, sort, and load packages, handling 30-50 lb items and participating in team lifts to move heavier packages. The role requires standing or walking during shifts, with opportunities during overtime as needed.

Shift is Friday to Sunday, 1:00pm–11:30pm or End of Sort; season runs 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026. A $1,000 end-of-season bonus is offered, with potential opportunities beyond the season.

Location: 701 Crossroads Blvd, Door J, Logan Township, NJ 08085

Pay: $19.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Friday-Sunday, 01:00pm-11:30pm or End of Sort.

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration: 11/13/2026 to 12/31/2026

Seasonal Bonus: $1,000 End of Season Bonus

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30-50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.
