OnTrac in Rochester, NY is hiring for a seasonal warehouse associate. The position runs seasonally from 11/7/2026 to 01/01/2027 with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and weekly pay. Overtime opportunities exist according to law, and a $500 seasonal bonus is offered.

You will unload, sort, move and load packages up to 30–50 pounds, participate in team lifts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Training is provided; no prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays.
• Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Physically able to repeatedly lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds across the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure on-time delivery to next destination.
• Follow safety guidelines and adapt to temperature conditions in a warehouse.
• Shift may vary and overtime may be required.

THE QUICK FACTS

Location: 1000 Driving Park Avenue, Rochester, NY 14613

Pay: $16.50

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 01/1/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $500.00

THE JOB: YOUR PAID WORKOUT

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre‑employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
