OnTrac in Syracuse, NY is seeking seasonal warehouse associates to unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds on early morning shifts. You may work Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, or Thu–Mon with overtime as needed. A seasonal duration runs from 11/7/2026 to 01/01/2027, plus a $500 seasonal bonus.

No warehouse experience is required; training is provided. You must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages as described, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks, work in varying warehouse temperatures, work scheduled shifts including overtime when needed
• No previous warehouse experience required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
• Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
• Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time

THE QUICK FACTS

Pay: $17.00

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Shift: Tuesday through Saturday 4:30 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 4:30 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort

Shift: Thursday through Monday 4:30 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Season Duration*: 11/7/2026 to 01/01/2027

Seasonal Bonus*: $500.00
