Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to grow the regional account portfolio and drive volume and value growth.

You will manage relationships with mid-market customers, engage large accounts, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast and implement sales strategies. This role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience) and a minimum of 3 years in sales or a related field, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
