Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow the customer base, manage distribution, and deliver value through strategic account management.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop sales plans, and apply market insights to drive growth with both small-to-mid-size customers and larger accounts. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, deliver volume and value, align plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales strategy and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals.
