Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and large accounts while growing the regional customer base. You will lead price strategies, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and deliver solutions across channels.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years in sales, and strong CRM skills. This role requires US work authorization and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value, align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
