Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to manage distribution and support small to mid-size customers while engaging large accounts. You will develop leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels.

You will collaborate with Production and Supply Chain, forecast sales, negotiate pricing, and build strong relationships across customer levels. A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian rank) required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
