Job summary

Removery is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Pacific NW Region, driving studio performance and client experience. You will oversee multi-site operations, manage teams, and partner with marketing to grow local demand. This remote role requires travel and strong leadership to meet regional targets.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will optimize processes, monitor KPI metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies while coaching staff toward excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership across multiple locations.
• Experience in customer experience, business development, and marketing.
• Located in the Pacific Northwest; remote employee with travel 50-75%.
• Strong financial acumen and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to regional teams.
• Drive KPI metrics: leads, conversions to consult, show rates.
• Develop targets and budgets for studios in region.
• Lead local area marketing and community partnerships.
• Travel up to 75% and supervise location openings.
