Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Pacific Northwest. This remote role requires extensive travel within the Seattle, WA region, with a compensation range of $80,000–$90,000 plus commission and a ramped guaranteed commission for 3 months.

The role focuses on hunting new logos, managing a regional territory, and transitioning accounts to an Account Manager after one year, supported by a lead-gen team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Proven hunter mentality and ability to close new business.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to AM.
• Develop territory plans to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create strategic account plans to grow revenue and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
