Job summary

Removery is seeking a Regional Manager for the Pacific NW to lead multiple tattoo removal studios. You will drive performance, optimize operations, and lead teams through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Passion for the tattoo removal industry and desire to grow the business with focus on culture and engagement.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations with leadership responsibility.
• At least 3 years’ business experience in relationship development, CX, marketing and communications, and achieving positive results.
• Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams towards goals.
• Proven track record of building teams and strong talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, mentorship to your team to drive engagement and results.
• Monitor KPI outcomes including leads, consultations, show rates, and conversions.
• Set targets and budgets for studios within the region and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Identify training needs with clinical teams and ensure targets are met.
• Analyze monthly P&L and develop action plans.
• Coordinate regular regional meetings and 1:1s.
• Lead new initiatives with buy-in and maintain regional standards.
• Improve CX by acting on client feedback and implementing training changes.
• Develop local area marketing plans and community relationships.
• Travel 50-75% as required.
