Job summary

Removery is seeking a Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest, reporting to the Director of Operations. This role leads multiple locations remotely, guiding operations, CX, and strategy to meet staff and regional targets.

Expect travel 50–75% across coasts, with constant emphasis on leadership, engagement, and efficiency. You will manage leads, conversions, and show rates while partnering with marketing and clinical ops to optimize outcomes and community relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ business experience focused on relationships, customer experience, business development, marketing and communications, and achieving positive operating results.
• Proven track record of building teams and developing talent across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze regional performance and adjust plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to regional teams to drive engagement and results.
• Monitor KPI outcomes including leads, conversions, show rates, cancellations, and referrals.
• Develop regional targets and budgets with senior leadership; allocate resources to sites accordingly.
• Collaborate with clinical ops to ensure targets and outcomes are delivered.
• Analyze monthly P&L and create action plans to improve regional performance.
• Lead regional meetings and 1:1s; drive CX improvements across locations.
• Represent Removery brand and culture; foster accountability and growth.
