Yale Realty and Capital Advisors, a national brokerage specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts, seeks a Pacific Northwest Regional Director. You will tap our network, source new relationships, and drive on-market and off-market transactions with nationwide support.

Based in or relocating to the Pacific Northwest, you will travel monthly, collaborate with the national sales team, and grow market share while delivering client-focused service in a fast-paced, high-stakes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, real estate or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in investment sales or finance.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational, management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new leads through cold-calls and other outreach methods.
• Leverage CRM to manage existing and new client base with regular outreach.
• Collaborate with the national sales team to identify potential new clients.
• Develop understanding of commercial real estate transaction nuances.
• Build relationships with operators, buyers and real estate professionals in the market.
• Drive market awareness of institutional assets and transactions.
