Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking a Recovery Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the WA region. You will oversee Recovery Support Coordinators, drive member engagement and retention, and partner with Clinical and regional leaders to strengthen team-based care.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, workflows, census growth, and P&L performance, while fostering an inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on member-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 3+ years in operations management, case management, care coordination, or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• State certification/licensure to oversee peer support specialists, where applicable.
• Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 40-60% within the assigned region, rarely overnight; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site Recovery Support Coordinators and drive member engagement.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflows, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical leadership on recruitment and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, workflows, and care practices.
• Support launches, expansions, and operational improvements.
