Job summary

Removery is seeking a Regional Manager for the Pacific NW region. You will lead operations across multiple studios, drive leads, conversions, and CX improvements while coordinating training and strategic budgets.

Strong people leadership, analytics, and collaboration with marketing are essential. You will report to the Director of Operations and oversee regional staffing, process alignment, and policy implementation to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multiple locations and teams.
• Experience building and executing regional plans with budgets.
• Strong customer experience and operational excellence focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to regional teams.
• Drive KPIs: leads, conversions, show rates, cancellations, and referrals.
• Develop targets and budgets for studios within the region.
• Coordinate training with clinical ops and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor regional P&L and develop action plans.
• Lead local area marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop training programs to improve CX and processes.
• Represent the Removery brand and culture.
• Carry out talent development and performance management across regions.
