Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest to support small and medium-sized customers and manage distribution, while engaging with large accounts.

The role involves lead generation, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions to customer challenges. You will collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to develop forecasts, negotiate pricing, and implement strategies aligned with Dow's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
