Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plans with marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data to guide product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
