Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small to medium customers, coordinate distribution, and grow large accounts. You will lead lead generation, define territories, and provide technical solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate across marketing, production, and supply chain to deliver volume and value, while analyzing market data to guide pricing and strategy. A strong customer-first mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
