Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. The role includes handling large accounts, guiding non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers.

You will generate leads, define territories, manage sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels. You will develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value; align to marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
