Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on small to medium customers, manages distribution, and collaborates with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, territory definition, and sales analytics, providing technical solutions through multiple channels. You will build relationships, negotiate prices, and coordinate with production and supply chain to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan with volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
