Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will also engage with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers across the region. Your role includes generating leads, defining sales territories, coordinating sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a US E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and compliance.
