Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. The role involves working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan and collaborate with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform new product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
